机床液压系统油温过高现象及其防止措施

摘    要:机床液压系统中油温过高会严重地影响液压机构工作的灵敏性、准确性和稳定性,影响机床的加工精度;系统设计不合理、容积损耗、机械摩擦和油液选用不当是造成液压系统油温升高的主要因素;合理地设计液压系统、防止泄漏以减少容积损耗、提高零件的加工精度和改进设备安装质量以减少机械摩擦、选用合适的油液等是防止油温过高的基本措施。

Abstract:The excessive high temperature of oil liquid in the machine tool hydraulic system will greatly influ ence the sensitivity, precision and steadiness during the work of the hydraulic system, and influence the manufac turing precision of the machine tool; unreasonable designation of the system, volume attrition, machinery friction and the unsuitable selection of the oil liquid are the main factors which lead to the improvement of the oil liquid; reason able designation of the hydraulic system, leaking prevention to reduce volume attrition, improvement of the manu facturing precision of components, improving the quality of the equipment installation to reduce the machinery fric tion and selecting the suitable oil liquid are the basic measures to prevent the excessive high temperature of the oil liquid.
