IS50-32-200型离心泵叶轮切割研究

摘    要:应用泵切割定律和切割抛物线方程,计算了IS50-32-200型低比转速离心泵叶轮外径的切割量,对用户已购买泵叶轮进行了切割改造.切割后的泵性能符合用户要求的性能参数,证明此方法计算泵的切割量切实可行,扩展了该泵的使用范围.

Abstract:In the paper, The pump cutting theory and cutting parabolic curve equation were used to calculate the cutting value of the impellers of the IS50-32-200 centrifugal pump with low specific speed, and then the pump impellers were cut according to the result of calculation. After cutting, the performance parameter meet the requirements of the customer. It shows the method of calculating is feasible,which can enlarge the using range of the pump.
