褪黑素与增生性瘢痕的研究进展

褪黑素是一种神经内分泌激素,具有多种生理功能,参与调节昼夜节律,有镇静、抗氧化应激、抗肿瘤、增强免疫等作用。皮肤是褪黑素作用的靶器官,皮肤组织可分泌代谢褪黑素和表达褪黑素受体,在维护皮肤结构和功能中发挥重要作用。褪黑素及受体参与皮肤创面愈合过程,影响创面的愈合速度和质量。增生性瘢痕是皮肤创面愈合的病理性产物。因此,皮肤褪黑素系统与增生性瘢痕形成有关。
