渣油加氢精制催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:从催化剂的分类、制备方法、孔结构性质以及加氢活性等方面对不同种类的渣油加氢精制催化剂进行了概述,并分析了其优缺点。介绍了几种新型的均相催化剂,与传统的催化剂相比,具有更高的加氢活性,但成本较高,成为催化剂开发的问题。从非均相催化剂的载体、活性组分及助剂的发展来看,渣油加氢处理催化剂仍会以非均相催化剂的改性为发展方向。

Abstract:The catalysts classify,preparation method,pore structure properties and hydrogenation activity of different hydrotreating catalysts for residue were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed. Several kinds of novel homogeneous catalysts were introduced which were shown higher activity than conventional catalyst,but were hard to be industrialized due to their high preparation cost. It is can be seen from the development of carrier,active component and additive for the heterogeneous catalyst,the modification of heterogeneous catalyst are still the prospective development trends for the residue hydro-treating catalyst.
