一锅法合成三氯乙醇

摘    要:以铝粉、三氯乙醛、乙醇及乙酸乙酯为主要原料,两步反应使用同一溶剂,中间体不分离,一锅法合成了三氯乙醇.考察了物料配比、反应溶剂、反应时间等因素对反应收率的影响.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:反应物配料比n(铝粉)∶n(乙醇)∶n(三氯乙醛)=1∶3.8∶2.4,缩合溶剂乙酸乙酯60 g,缩合反应回流26 h,收率达80.4%.

Abstract:Trichloroethanol was prepared by one pot method with aluminite powder,paraldehyde,ethanol and ethyl acetate.The two step reaction using the same solvent,the intermediates are not isolated.The effects of material ratio,reaction solvent,reaction time and other factors on the yield of the reaction were investigated.The result showed that the optimum process conditions were as follows ∶n(aluminite powder) ∶ n (ethanol) ∶ n (paraldehyde) =1 ∶ 3.8∶ 2.4,solvent ethyl acetate 60 g for condensation reaction,condensation refluxed for 26 h,the yield was 80.4%.
