| 摘 要： | 介绍了不确定度评估的通用方法和基本概念。研究了高效液相色谱法测定PTA中4-CBA含量测定的不确定度测量方法。测得PTA样品中4-CBA含量,当包含因子k=2时,其测定结果和不确定度为(21.59±0.73)mg/kg。

| Abstract: | The general method and basic concept of uncertainty evaluation was introduced.The uncertainty measuring methods of determination the 4-CBA in PTA by HPLC were studied.When（coverage factor） K=2,the testing result and uncertainty of the content of 4-CBA in PTA is（21.59±0.73） mg/kg. |
