| 摘 要： | 深圳卓越皇岗世纪中心工程高268m，基坑开挖面积达1万m2。通过合理的劲性钢筋混凝土结构施工、大体积混凝土裂渗控制、半装配式箍筋安装、52．1m高大模板施工、内爬塔式起重机高空拆除及其他新技术的应用，提高了施工效率，保证了工程质量。
