芯片厂房高洁净度控制施工技术

摘    要:芯片厂房的高洁净度标准对工程施工提出了较高要求。某集成电路厂房设计采用密孔楼板、高架地板、环氧树脂自流平地坪和环氧乳胶漆内墙,并采取措施设计优化空调及管道系统,保证了高洁净度的控制效果。本工程洁净度控制施工技术可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:High cleanness criteria of chip plant have relatively high requirements for engineering construction.The design of an integrated circuit plant adopts densely-perforated floor slab,raised floor,epoxy self-leveling floor construction and epoxy emulsion paint inner wall construction.Measures are designed to optimize the installation construction of air-conditioning system and pipeline system,so as to guarantee the control effect of high cleanness.The cleanness control and construction technique of this enginee...
