| 摘 要： | 芯片厂房的高洁净度标准对工程施工提出了较高要求。某集成电路厂房设计采用密孔楼板、高架地板、环氧树脂自流平地坪和环氧乳胶漆内墙,并采取措施设计优化空调及管道系统,保证了高洁净度的控制效果。本工程洁净度控制施工技术可为类似工程提供借鉴。
