浙贝母素乙和黄芪抗大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的疗效比较

目的：比较浙贝母素乙和黄芪治疗实验大鼠卡式肺孢子虫肺炎（PCP）的效果。方法：取65只清洁级SD大鼠,15只皮下注射生理盐水,为正常对照组,50只用盐酸地塞米松皮下注射,连续8周,每周两次,建立大鼠PCP模型,再随机分成四组,其中两组分别用浙贝母素乙、黄芪治疗实验大鼠,另两组一组用复方磺胺甲基异恶唑治疗为治疗对照组,一组不用任何药物治疗,设为感染对照组。通过体重、肺部卡式肺孢子虫包囊感染数量及大鼠肺病理学观察等指标考核疗效。结果：浙贝母素乙及黄芪治疗组实验大鼠体重与感染对照组相比,明显回升;各治疗组的包囊减少率均高于70%,病理学结果显示治疗后肺泡间渗液吸收,炎性细胞浸润减少,两治疗组中以浙贝母素乙治疗组更优。结论：浙贝母素乙及黄芪对大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎均具有良好疗效,浙贝母素乙效果略佳。

Comparison of the therapeutic effect of peiminine and astragalus on pneumocystis carinii pneumonia in rats

Objective： Tocompare the therapeutic effect of Peiminine and Astragalus on Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia （PCP） in immunosuppressed experimental rats. Methods： PCP animal models were established by hypodermic injection of Dexamethasone in rats, twice a week for 8 weeks. The PCP rats were treated with Peiminine and Astragalus. Positive control was administered orally with SMZ. All rats were euthanized at the end of 8th week. The evaluation of drug efficacy was decided on the base of increased body weight and mean cyst number per field in lung print smear. Results：The increase of body weight treated with Peiminine, Astragalus and SMZ was more than that of inmnunosuppressed rats in control group, respectively. The decreased rates of cyst in the treated group were more than 70%, especially the result of the group treated with Peiminine was best. It was an obvious repairment in the slice of lung of the treatment group. Conclusion：The therapeutic effects of Peiminine and Astragalus on rat Pneumocytstis carinii peneumonia are active, and the Peiminine is the better.
