固体酸催化合成棕榈酸乙酯

摘    要:制备了TiO2/SO2-4、ZrO2/SO2-4、大孔磺酸树脂负载AlCl3等固体酸催化剂,考察了催化剂种类(包括所制备的固体酸和磷钨酸、硅钨酸等杂多酸)、用量、反应时间、物料摩尔比等对酯化反应的影响。选TiO2/SO2-4做催化剂,并采用正交实验技术,优化出较佳合成工艺条件,即:反应温度80℃,反应时间12h,n(棕榈酸)∶n(乙醇)=1∶9,m(催化剂)∶m(棕榈酸)=0 08∶1。棕榈酸乙酯的收率可达96 19%。

Synthesis of Ethyl Palmitate with Solid Acid as Catalyst
Abstract:Solid super acid such as TiO2/SO2-4,ZrO2/SO2-4 and AlCl3 loaded on macroporous sulfonic acid ion exchange resin were prepared.Effects of many factors,such as varieties of catalyst(including the solid acids prepared,H7·xH2O and H8·xH2O),amounts of catalyst,reaction time and mole ratio of reactants on esterification process were studied. Using TiO2/SO2-4 as catalyst,the optimum technological conditions were temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 12 h,n(palmitic acid)∶n(ethanol)=1∶9 and m(catalyst)∶m(palmitic acid)=008∶1.Under these conditions,yield of ethyl palmitate can reach 9619%.
