摘 要: | 制备了TiO2/SO2-4、ZrO2/SO2-4、大孔磺酸树脂负载AlCl3等固体酸催化剂,考察了催化剂种类(包括所制备的固体酸和磷钨酸、硅钨酸等杂多酸)、用量、反应时间、物料摩尔比等对酯化反应的影响。选TiO2/SO2-4做催化剂,并采用正交实验技术,优化出较佳合成工艺条件,即:反应温度80℃,反应时间12h,n(棕榈酸)∶n(乙醇)=1∶9,m(催化剂)∶m(棕榈酸)=0 08∶1。棕榈酸乙酯的收率可达96 19%。

Synthesis of Ethyl Palmitate with Solid Acid as Catalyst |

Abstract: | Solid super acid such as TiO2/SO2-4,ZrO2/SO2-4 and AlCl3 loaded on macroporous sulfonic acid ion exchange resin were prepared.Effects of many factors,such as varieties of catalyst(including the solid acids prepared,H7·xH2O and H8·xH2O),amounts of catalyst,reaction time and mole ratio of reactants on esterification process were studied. Using TiO2/SO2-4 as catalyst,the optimum technological conditions were temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 12 h,n(palmitic acid)∶n(ethanol)=1∶9 and m(catalyst)∶m(palmitic acid)=008∶1.Under these conditions,yield of ethyl palmitate can reach 9619%. |
