工业X射线防辐射厂房的设计思路研究

摘    要:工业X射线防辐射厂房的设计非常重要,根据辐射防护的基本原则和国家的相关规定,工业X射线可以对厂房中的压力容器设备、厂房材料、零件、部件等方面进行无损检测,也可以对厂房的屏蔽厚度进行探测和计算,在探测的过程中,X射线必须按照国家《电离辐射防护和辐射源安全基本标准》中的相关规定进行检测,设备和厂房检测的结果也要符合该规定所列出的标准。论文主要利用X射线对厂房屏蔽厚度以及厂房中的压力容器设备厂房材料、零件、部件等方面进行检测,为X射线防辐射厂房的设计提出几点合理的建议。

Abstract:It is important to design a X ray radiation workshop,according to the relevant provisions of the basic principles and the national radiation protection, industrial X ray can be non destructive testing of the plant in the pressure vessel equipment, plant materials, parts,components, etc., can also detect and calculation of shielding thickness on the plant, in the detection of in the process, X ray must be tested in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state "ionizing radiation protection and the safety of radiation sources"in the basic standard, equipment and plant test results must also comply with the standards listed. In this paper, by using X ray detection of plant and plant shielding thickness in pressure vessel equipment plant materials, parts, components and so on, put forward some reasonable suggestions for the design of future X ray radiation workshop.
