基于MSP430的低功耗热能表的研制

摘    要:设计了一种基于MSP430F413单片机的低功耗热能表.介绍了流量与温度的检测电路及低功耗电路的设计.系统软件设计中采用缩短CPU的运行时间,避免浮点运算,合理切换MSP430的工作模式以及利用I/O口控制外围模块供电等方法,降低了仪表的功耗.实验表明,设计的热能表在较低的功耗下精度优于2%.

Abstract:A low-power consumption heat meter based on the MSP430F413 microprocessor was designed. The measurement circuit of flow, the temperature and the circuit of low-power consumption were introduced. In order to reduce power consumption, the running time of CPU was minimized; the floating-point operation was avoided; the operating mode of MSP430 was switched reasonably; and the power supply for modules controlled by IO port was designed specially. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy is above 2% under low-power consumption.
