一种新型8/6极双凸极永磁电机调速系统

摘    要:介绍了8/6极双凸极永磁电机(Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Motor,简称DSPM电机)的工作原理;设计出一套采用80C196KC和相应的接口电路的新型调速系统;对该调速系统各组成部分和变参数PI控制方法进行详细描述,并以750W电机为对象进行了实际运行试验。结果表明,该系统动态响应快、噪音小,运行平稳。

Abstract:This paper introduces the work principle of 8/6 pole doubly salient permanent mag- net motor (DSPM Motor),a new speed control system was designed based on the principle,it is composed of 80C196KC and the interface circuits corresponding.All parts of the system and vari- able parameter PI control methods are presented in details.Then experiments were done to the 750W motor.The results shows that the control system is a system with fast dynamic response, low noise and capability of long-time stable operation.
