| 摘 要： | 钻井使用的各种砂泵，其轴封无论是填料密封、机械密封还是副叶轮密封，轴封寿命最长几个月，最短只有几个小时，因此砂系的维修工作量和维修费用都很大。针对这种情况，对现有副叶轮密封进行了改造，即适当增大背叶片和副叶轮产生的密封压头，使封堵输送介质泄漏的压头达44．4m，比砂泵叶轮出口压头高26．8％；将停车密封改为骨架密封和填料密封的混合密封。经改进轴封的两台砂泵，在江汉石油管理局两个井队连续使用，轴封可靠，不泄漏钻井液，深受井队欢迎。

| Abstract: | The life of the shall gland of a sand pump is short and both the amount of work and expense for maintenance is high.Thereby the existing fluid dynamic seal is reformed by inereasing properly the pressure produced by the rear blades and auxiliary impeller ,and modifying the power off seal into a compound reinforced seal and packing seal .Field operation of two sand pumps with modified shaft gland shows that the shaft gland is relibable |
