摘    要:目前由于电网中存在着大量感性负载,不可避免地导致电网无功功率的增加,从而致使电网功率因数低下,因此进行无功功率补偿,提高功率因数,成为社会关注的焦点.系统以FPGA为核心来控制相应外围电路,软件系统采用Handel-C语言编程,并且通过采用改进的电容组投切控制策略,避免了电容组频繁投切所导致系统崩溃的威胁,最后将Handel-C语言描述的补偿控制器程序下载配置到FPGA上,从而在FPGA上成功实现了整个软件系统的控制功能即补偿控制器功能.

Abstract:In these days,a mass of induced load occurs in electrical network,accordingly the reactive power increases and the power factor decreases,Therefore,compensating reactive power and increasing power factor become the focus of social solicitude,This system core is FPGA, and the FPGA controls correspondingly peripheral circuit. The software system adopts control strategy with Handel-C language programming and through improving the capacitor group switch.So the collapsing threat of the system has been avoided because the capacitor group switches frequently.Finally,the software system has been implemented all right in the FPGA that was described by Handel-C language, namely implementing the compensation controller function.
