| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨骨转移瘤的ＣＴ表现及应用价值。方法：回顾性总结经临床或病理证实的８９例骨转移瘤病人的Ｘ线及ＣＴ片并记录各种征象。结果：ＣＴ表现为溶骨性６０例（６７．４％），成骨性１６例（１８．９％）和混合性１３例（１４．６％）。结论：ＣＴ扫描在显示病变及确定范围都优于Ｘ线平片，对多数病人可做出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To evaluate CT findings and diagnostic value of bone metastases.Materials and methods:X-ray and CT findings of 89 bone metastases confirmed by clinical or pathological materials were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The lesions showed lytic type 60 cases(67.4%),osteoblastic type 16 cases(18.9%)and mixed type 13 cases(14.6%),Conclusions:CT is more sensitive in defining lesions and detecting extent than plain radiogra-phys.most of patients werediagnosed accurately. |
