女性肠易激综合征患者的生活质量及影响因素

目的探讨女性肠易激综合征患者的生活质量及影响因素。方法用SF-36量表对83例女性肠易激综合征患者的生活质量进行评价,分析和比较不同年龄、职业、文化程度、婚姻、生活不良事件以及疾病认知程度等因素对生活质量的影响。结果女性肠易激综合征患者的生活质量较低,除疾病本身外,家庭环境、精神社会因素以及疾病的认知程度对生活质量有较大影响。结论针对女性肠易激综合征患者的生理、心理特点,在积极实施药物、饮食治疗的同时,针对患者情况开展个体化、系统化的心理护理和健康教育,有助于提高生活质量。

Quality of life and influencing factors of irritable bowel syndrome for female patients

Objective To study the quality of life and influencing factors of patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Method Evaluate the quality of life for 83 patients with irritable bowel syndrome by SF - 36 Scale. Analyze and compare the influencing factors of ages, jobs, education level, marriage, abnormal cases in life and cognition level of disease. Result The quality of life of patients with irritable bowel syndrome is low. Family environment, psychological social factors and cognition level of disease have great effect on patient quality of life except for the disease itself. Conclusion Giving individual and systemic mental care and health education to the patients according to their physical and mental character while they are receiving medical and diet treatment can improve their quality of life.
