EBV转化的人B淋巴母细胞和人B淋巴细胞杂交瘤细胞表面标记表达的研究

摘    要:本文用碱性磷酸酶—抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)免疫组化染色技术,对EB病毒(EBV)转化的人B淋巴母细胞(LCL)、人B淋巴细胞杂交瘤以及它们的亲本骨髓瘤细胞系的部分表面标记进行了检测。结果显示,人B淋巴细胞在EBV转化或杂交过程中表面标记发生了较大的变化;对LCL和杂交瘤细胞表面标记的检测可能为探寻人B细胞在这些过程中染色体保留或丢失的规律提供一种手段。此外,LCL及人B细胞杂交瘤细胞系有可能被用作一种新的模型,来研究人B淋巴细胞的分化和功能。

Abstract:Here we analyzed the expression of some surface markers on EB virus(EBV)transformedB lymphoblastoid cells(LCLs),human B-lymphocyte hybridoma cell lines and their parent myelomacell lines using alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase(APAAP)immunocytochemistry technique.The results demonstrated that the surface markers on human B lymphocytes changed a lot afterEBV transformation or hybridization.Thus,analysis of surface markers could be useful for exploringthe nature of chromosomes retained or lost in human B lymphocytes during the processes above.Moreover,LCLs and human B-lymphocyte hybridoma cell lines probably were potential modals for studyingdifferentiation and functions of human B lymphocytes.
