| 摘 要： | 应用护士在职在线培训与考核系统实施护士的培训与考核,利用办公自动化完成护士的网上教学,应用远程教学系统及多媒体网络技能培训等多种信息化手段。在职培训率由过去67%增长到100%;执业证书通过率由59%提高到95%;护理核心期刊论文发表率由13%上升到45%。信息化建设促进了护理科研与护理教学的发展,护士综合素质得到整体提升,护理工作在数字化医院的条件支持下将会发生质的飞跃。

| Abstract: | Objective:A lot of informational means, such as long-distance teaching system, multimedia network skill training and automatic office system, were applied to train and examine fulltime nurses on line. On the job training rate increased from 67% to 100%. The pass rate of nurse registration exam increased from 59% to 95%. The publication rate on nursing peer reviewed journal raised from 13% to 45%.
