齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉配合奇宁注射液治疗恶性肿瘤28例副反应观察及护理

目的:探讨齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉配合奇宁注射液治疗恶性肿瘤患者的副反应及护理方法.方法:将48例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组20例,对照组仅采用奇宁注射液和地塞米松治疗,治疗组在此治疗基础上口服齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉,两组均给予相应护理措施,比较其副反应发生情况.结果:对照组静脉炎发生率为45.00%,膀胱刺激征发生率为25.00%;治疗组静脉炎发生率为10.71%,膀胱刺激征发生率为7.14%,两组比较均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉配合奇宁注射液治疗效果好,副反应少.

Observation on the side - effect of "gloosy ganoderma spores powder" combined with Qining injection in the treatment of 28 patients with malignant tumor and nursing care

Objective: To study the side-effect and nursing measures in the treatment of malignant tumor with "gloosy ganoderma spores powder" combined with Qining injection.Methods: Forty eight patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into treatment group(n=28) and control group(n=20).Qining injection and cortisone were used in control group and "gloosy ganoderma spores powder" was additionally given to the patients orally based on the mentioned treatment in treatment group.All the patients were given the same nursing care and comparison of side-effect was made.Results: Incidence of phlebitis was 45.00% and irrigation sign of bladder was 25.00% in control group;the incidence of phlebitis and irrigation sign of bladder were respectively 10.71% and 7.14% in treatment group.There was significant difference in the comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion: "Gloosy ganoderma spores powder" combined with Qining injection have a good treatment effect and less side-effect.
