摘    要:本文对格构柱的剪切变形对重型厂房框架稳定性的影响进行了分析,推导了考虑剪切变形对计算长度系数影响的精确计算方法。通过一个实际工程的比较,对目前常规计算时采用的格构柱截面惯性矩折减方法的计算结果与精确方法的结果进行了比较,表明了各种厂房统一采用相同的折减系数是不合理的,会造成较大的误差,特别是上柱的计算长度系数相差很大。本文的研究表明,对不同厂房的格构柱采用不同折减系数的必要性。本文推导证明,采用格构柱换算长细比公式推导出来的折减系数是正确的,对如何应用这个折减系数公式提出了建议。

Abstract:The effect of shear deformation on the buckling of portal frames is analyzed in this paper,and theoretical development is presented to determine the effective length factors of shear-deformable columns. Through detailed analysis of a real industrial portal frame, the results of the currently used reduced inertia moment method and the accurate analysis are compared. It is found that the error of the currently used method is not negligible, especially for the upper columns. This study shows the necessity of taking different reduction factors for different laced columns. The derivation of the formula for the reduction factor derived from the equivalent slenderness factor is verified in this paper, and the suggestion of the necessity of carrying a more accurate analysis in design is proposed.
