摘    要:对兰科野生引种花卉羊耳蒜(Liparis japonica)多年生苗和实生苗采用控水方式进行水分胁迫处理,研究了土壤自然干旱胁迫下土壤含水量、叶片细胞膜透性、叶片相对含水量、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量随胁迫强度的变化。结果表明:随土壤水分胁迫的加重,土壤含水量和叶片相对含水量均呈下降趋势,细胞膜透性和MDA含量上升,可溶性糖含量增加,可溶性蛋白和SOD先升高后降低。综合研究结果表明,羊耳蒜实生苗的抗旱性要强于多年生苗。

Abstract:Through water-controlling treatment,the drought-resistant physiological characteristics of annual and perennial seedlings of wild Liparis japonica under natural soil drought stress were measured.Results showed that in the water-controlling course as the drought stress strengthened,soil water content and leaf water relative content all decreased;cell membranes permeability,MDA and soluble sugar content increased;soluble protein and SOD content first increased and then decreased.Comprehensive assessment resul...
