实施“引江济太”探索流域治水新思路

太湖流域管理局按照水利部党组新时期治水思路,提出实施“引江济太”,改善太湖流域水环境,缓解流域水质型缺水矛盾。近期“引江济太”调水主要利用现有水利工程,对流域水资源实施科学调度,每年引长江水10亿－15亿m^3入太湖。远期将望虞河,太浦河等建成“清水走”生态河道,最终实现太湖流域山清水秀的目标。

Implement"Water Diversion from the Changjiang to Taihu",Search for New Thought for Water Harness

Taihu Basin Authority initiates the project of "Water Diversion from the Changjiang to Taihu", in accordance with the new thought for water harness pointed out by the Party Group of the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) in the new age, which is aimed to improve water environment of the Taihu Lake and alleviate water shortage due to water quality of the Basin. Recently, "Water Diversion from the Changjiang to Taihu" is planed to make use of the existing water facilities for a scientific regulation of water resources in the Basin, with an annual diversion of 1-1.5 billion m3 of water from the Changjiang to the Taihu Lake. In the near future, ecological water courses called "clean water corridors" shall be built in the Wangyu River and Taipu River, and finally realize the target of turning into clear water in the Taihu Basin.
