摘    要:采用实际生活污水为厌氧-缺氧-好氧(A2/O)工艺进水,参照在基本污染物(COD、NH3-N、TN和TP)稳定高效去除情况下的参数运行,研究了小型A2/O工艺对雌酮(E1)、17β-雌二醇(E2)和17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)等雌激素的处理效果,以固相萃取法气相色谱-质谱仪的测定污水中雌激素。结果表明,在E1和E2的进水质量浓度分别为40~238、50~208 ng/L(EE2未检出)时,系统对E1和E2的去除率较高,分别可达60%~95%和90%~100%,但出水中仍残留一定的雌激素。

Abstract:Removal of estrogens(E1,E2 and EE2) in sewage was investigated during a laboratory-scale A2/O(Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic) activated sludge process,running at the removal of basic pollutants(COD,NH3-N,TN and TP) stable and efficient.Real sewage was used as influent of the process.Estrone(E1),estradiol(E2) and ethinylestradiol(EE2) were analyzed using solid phase extraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(SPE-GC/MS).The influent concentrations of E1 and E2 were 40~238 ng/L and 50~208 ng/L,while EE2 was undetectable.The overall removal during the A2/O process reached 60%~ 95% for E1 and 90%~100% for E2.Considerable amount of estrogens were still present in the effluent.
