盐酸利托君联合黄体酮用于治疗先兆早产延长孕周的临床疗效分析

目的探讨盐酸利托君联合黄体酮治疗先兆早产延长孕周的临床疗效。方法将2008年至2012年收入我院的80例先兆早产患者，随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组40例，采用单纯使用盐酸利托君治疗；实验组40例，采用盐酸利托君联合黄体酮治疗。结果实验组正常分娩的百分比、延迟妊娠的时间均高于对照组，差异显著（P〈0．05）。两组显效时间相比无明显差异（P〉0．05），但是实验组标准差较小，说明疗效更稳定。实验组新生儿的体重和Apgar评分大于对照组，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论采用盐酸利托君联合黄体酮治疗先兆早产患者可以预防早产延迟孕周，提高新生儿体重和Apgar评分，疗效稳定，在临床上具有推广意义。

Efficacy of Application of Ritodrine Hydrochloride Combined with Progesterone in the Treatment of Threatened Preterm to Extend the Gestational Age

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of application of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with progesterone in treatment of threatened preterm to extend the gestational age. Methods During 2008 to 2012, 80 cases were selected and divided into two groups. Control group included 40 cases used ritodrine hydrochloride and test group included 40 cases used itodrine hydrochloride combined with progesterone. Results The percentage of normal deliveries and late pregnancy of test group were higher than control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The effective time of two groups had no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. The birth weight and Apgar scores of test group were higher than control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions To use ritodrine hydrochloride combined with progesterone in treatment of threatened preterrn can delay gestational age to prevent premature delivery and improve birth weight and Apgar scores. It＇s safe, reliable, and significant in clinical practice.
