| 摘 要： | 通过对汽车冲压模具表面TD处理的研究，主要介绍了TD处理的技术原理及性能特点、工艺流程及时间安排；获得良好TD涂层的3个条件：材料的选择、模具前期热处理条件、模具设计和加工条件，TD涂层厚度的影响因素；TD处理常见问题及应对措施；TD处理与其它表面处理的对比。
