136例开放性胫腓骨骨折的外科治疗疗效观察

目的：探讨开放性胫腓骨骨折的外科治疗方法，提高临床治疗水平。方法：回顾性分析我院自2008年5月-2009年7月收治的136例开放性胫腓骨骨折患者的临床资料，总结治疗方法．结果：本组136例患者单侧骨折128例，双侧骨折8例，经以上治疗好转131例，截肢5例；发生休克34例，发生术后感染21例，感染率为15．4％。136例患者采取内固定法治疗123例，其中单纯螺丝钉固定39例，Ender钉内固定41例，钢板螺丝钉内固定43例，采用外固定治疗13例。I期伤口闭合41例，II期伤口闭合52例。结论：正确进行清创、骨折固定和创口闭合是治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的关键。

Objective： To investigate the open surgical Irealmenl of tibia and fibula ffaetures and improve the level of clinical lrealment. Methods： A retrospective analysis of ovr hospital from May 2008 - July 2009 admitted 136 eases of open fraeture of libia and fibula clinical information, review treatment. Resuhs： 136 patieuts 128 patients with unilaleral fi＇actures, hilateral fractuies, 8 cases improved by more than 131 patients trealed, ampulation in 5 eases; shock occurred 34 cases, 21 cases of postoperalive infeelion, the infection rale of 15.4%. 136 palients to treatment of 123 cases of internal fixation, including 39 cases of simple screws, Ender nailing in 41 cases, steel screw fixation in 43 eases, 13 cases treated withexlernal fixation. I 41 eases of wound closure, II 52 cases of wound closure. Conclusion： The right to debridement, fracture fixation and wound closure is thetreatment of open tibia and fibula fracture critical.
