| Abstract: | Teachers play a leading role in teaching.Teachers' academic level is important for college competition.We should make an item system first before evaluating teachers because it is a standard for teaching.The item system has not only the function of evaluation,but also has the roles of identifying,leading,examining and encotLraging.In this paper,the author introduces the principle and the step of making the system,also introduce the meanings of the system. |
