| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低剂量辐射对白血病模型小鼠的治疗作用.方法:使用615小鼠和L615K淋巴细胞白血病细胞株建立T淋巴细胞白血病小鼠模型,给予75 mGy的低剂量辐射后,检测外周血白细胞数、小鼠的生存时间及脾脏指数.结果:接受75 mGy的低剂量辐射后,荷瘤小鼠白血病细胞生长受抑,生存期延长.结论:低剂量辐射具有抗淋巴细胞白血病的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of low dose radiation (LDR) on the mouse model with T lymphatic leukemia. Methods:After radiation with 75 mGy in mouse leukemia model established by inoculation of lymnatic cell strain L615K in 615 mice,WBC count,survival duration (days) and spleen index were detected,raspectively.Results:The growth of leukemia T lymphocytes was obviously depressed and survival days prolonged in leukemia mouse after LDR.Conclusion:The LDR can inhibit the T lymphatic leukemia. |
