放射状切口和弧行切口保乳术的手术疗效和美容效果分析

目的：探讨放射状切口保乳术和弧行切口保乳术治疗乳腺癌患者的手术疗效和美容效果。方法：随机选择2008年2月至2010年2月在我院乳腺外科住院治疗的100例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将本研究入选患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用放射状切口保乳术进行治疗,而观察组患者则采用弧行切口保乳术进行治疗,比较对照组和观察组患者生存质量和美容效果,并对本研究所有入选患者进行为期2年的随访,比较对照组和观察组患者复发、转移和生存率。结果：患者在入组时,对照组和观察组患者生存质量各维度评分差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,而在干预2周后,对照组和观察组患者生存质量各维度评分均明显优于入组时（P〈0.05）,而观察组患者生存质量中社会/家庭状况和情感状况明显优于对照组的,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,观察组患者美容优良率（92.00%）明显高于对照组的（74.00%）,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：弧行切口保乳术治疗乳腺癌疗效确切,且该术式的美容效果和生存质量中社会/家庭状况和情感状况明显优于行放射状切口保乳术,值得推广应用。

Radial Incision and Arc Incision Breast-conserving Surgery Operation Efficacy and Cosmetic Results Analysis

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and hairdressing efficacy of breast conserving surgery by arc incision and radial incision.Method：One hundred patients were divided into the control group and observation group by using a random number table,patients with radial incision were set as the control group,patients with arc incision were set as the observation group,respectively,then the quality of life and hairdressing efficacy were compared.Two years of follow-up,the recurrence,metastasis rate and survival rate were compared Result：After two-weeks＇ intervention,each dimension scores of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,social/family situation and emotional state in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,excellent good rate of hairdressing efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（92.00%vs74.00%,P0.05）.Conclusion：The breast conserving surgery by arc incision can obtaine satisfactory curative effect,the quality of life and hairdressing efficacy is better than that by radial incision,it is worthy of clinical application.
