摘    要:目的:提高ICU护理查房质量和护士综合素质,方法:采用以问题为基础的学习方法(PBL)进行护理查房,并与传统查房模式相比较。结果:PBL模式在查房压力,查房前准备,上网查资料,查房前与病人沟通,关注病人体语,参与科研及前赡性选题方面显著优于传统模式(均P<0.01),PBL模式以心理学,医学,人文学和知识需求为主,传统模式则以医学,护理学知识需求为主,结论:采用PBL模式查房拓展ICU护士的知识面和知识深度,提高其发现,解决问题的能力,提高查房质量。

Application of Problem-based Learning in the ICU Nursing Ward-round
Abstract:Objective To improve quality of ICU nursing ward round and nurse's quality. Methods The problem based learning (PBL) was used during the ICU nursing ward round and compared with conventional ward round mode. Results PBL mode was superior to conventional ward round mode in ward round pressure, preparation before ward round, searching materials on the network, exchange with patients before ward round, taking care of patient's gesture, taking part in scientific research and prospectively selecting subjects (all P <0 01). PBL mode mainly needed the knowledge of psychology, medicine and the humanities, while conventional mode the knowledge of medicine and nursing science. Conclusion The ward round using PBL mode could broaden the knowledge of the ICU nurses, increase their capacity of discoverying and solving problems and improve the quality of ward round.
