摘    要:根据油气田含硫废水来源、组成、危害、处理方法及处理过程中存在的问题,提出化学混凝、超声波复合处理工艺技术。通过试验研究,得到混凝处理优化工艺条件:HNJFZ混凝剂用量3500mg/L,FASG絮凝剂用量15mg/L,pH值为8~9,处理后上清液水色清,絮体沉降速度快,COD去除率83.7%,S^2-去除率84.1%;超声波深度处理优化工艺条件:超声波频率为110kHz,声强为20W/cm^2,作用时间50min,体系pH值为3~5,COD去除率为80.2%,S^2-去除率为94.7%,处理后水样COD值为268.7mg/L,S^2-=1.1mg/L。结果表明,采用复合工艺技术对于提高油气田含硫废水处理效果显著。

Coagulation Chemical Compound Ultrasound to Deals with the Sulfur Wastewater of Oil and Gas Fields
Abstract:According to the sources of oil and gas sulfur-containing wastewater, composition, hazards, treatment and processing problems, make chemical coagulation, ultrasonic compound treatment technology. Through experimental research, to be optimized coagulation process conditions: HNJFZ coagulant, dosage of 3500mg/L, FASG coagulant, dosage 15mg/L, pH value=8~9, the treated supernatant water color-ching, floe settling velocity Fast, COD_(cr) removal rate of 83.7%,S~(2-) removal rate of 84.1%; ultrasonic advanced treatment process optimization conditions: ultrasonic frequency of 110kHz, sound intensity for the 20W/cm~2, the role of time of 50min, system pH=3~5, COD_(cr) to In addition to rate of 80.2%, S~(2-) removal rate of 94. 7%, the treated water samples COD_(cr) = 268.7mg/L, S~(2-) =1. 1mg/L. The results show that composite technology for improving oil and gas fields sulfur waste water treatment results are obvious.
