深圳市C-DRG收付费改革实践

深圳市自2017年开始,作为全国首批应用C-DRG开展收付费改革的试点城市之一,现已实施改革工作两年多。行政组织的高度重视以及相关政策的文件指导始终贯穿于整个改革工作进程中。通过不断模拟测试、完善分组、健全标准、优化流程以及数据精准对接,在保障改革工作持续性的同时,以DRG为抓手,探索相关的医疗机构绩效评价和支付制度的改革研究,实现其对“三医联动”的作用,推动深圳市卫生健康事业高质量发展,加快打造健康中国“深圳样板”。

The Reform Practice of C-DRG in Shenzhen

Since 2017,Shenzhen has been one of the first pilot areas to apply the Pricing and Payment Regulation Chinese Diagnosis Related Groups(C-DRG)for almost two years.The high emphasis of administrative organization and the guidance of relevant policies have worked throughout the entire reform process.Through continuous simulation testing,improved grouping,optimized processes,and accurate data docking,it has ensured the continuity of reform work,and it also uses DRG as a strong handle to explore relevant researches on medical performance evaluation and payment system reform.Through these researching,the role of health system reform can be realized,and the high-quality development of health care in Shenzhen can be promoted,which will helpus to achieve the"Shenzhen model"of Health China.
