摘    要:提出一种考虑储能电池倍率特性的容量配置方法,以各类储能电池充/放电时间与倍率的关系为约束,以储能电池容量/功率最小为目标进行优化配置。以某实际电网典型工况为算例,结合不同倍率下作用时间的等效折算方法,对考虑与不考虑倍率特性的磷酸铁锂电池进行容量配置,验证该方法的优势,并从不同电池类型角度对磷酸铁锂、钛酸锂、铅酸电池的容量配置进行对比分析,最后结合3种常用的一次调频控制策略对考虑倍率特性的钛酸锂电池进行容量配置。结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:A capacity optimization method for energy storage battery considering the rate characteristics was proposed. This method is based on the relationship between the charge/discharge time and the rate characteristics,and the objective that the storage capacity of the battery capacity is minimum. The capacity configuration of the energy storage battery is used to meet the high power frequency regulation requirement of the low probability step disturbance in grid. Taking the typical peak load and non-peak load condition of an actual power grid as an example,combined with the equivalent conversion method of the working time at different rate,the capacity configurations of the lithium iron phosphate battery considering and unconsidering the rate characteristics is verified. And the capacity configuration of lithium iron phosphate,lithium titanate and lead-acid batteries were compared and analyzed from the view point of different battery types,Finally,combined with three kinds of primary frequency control strategies,the optimal capacity conifiguration of lithium titanate batteries considering the rate characteristics was obtained,The feasibility and validity of the method are verified by the results.
