济钢1750m3高炉渣处理系统的工艺设计与改进

摘    要:济钢1#1750m3高炉采用嘉恒法渣处理设备,生产中存在设备处理能力不足、水量不平衡及管道磨损等问题。济钢2#1750m3高炉的设计吸取了1#高炉的经验,增加了1台单体设备,形成两用一备的工作制度,增设1座大型平流沉淀池,并对管路系统进行了优化,解决了在1#高炉中存在的问题,运行良好。同时,对渣处理系统的水渣运输、蒸汽处理等遗留问题提出了改进建议。

Abstract:The slag disposal equipment of Jiaheng process is used for Jigang's 1# 1750m3 blast furnace.But there are installation capacity deficiency,the unbalance in water and the pipeline abrasion etc.Based on Jigang's 1#1750m3 blast furnace design,by adding one single equipment,forming the working regime of two-orpration and one standby,putting up one large horizontal flow sediment tank in the design of the slag disposal system for Jigang's 2# 1750m3 blast furnace and optimizing the pipeline system,all problems existed in the 1# blast furnace are resolved and the system run all right.At the same time,the improvement suggestions for the slag transportation and steam treatment etc are put forward.
