| 摘 要： | 目的：设计一种基于P2P-SIP技术的手术直播系统。方法：分析P2P-SIP网络系统的结构及功能,结合流媒体播放系统的特点对手术直播系统结构进行设计,对关键技术进行详细分析。结果：P2P-SIP技术充分利用了SIP协议和P2P流媒体技术各自的特点,手术直播系统在测试中运行稳定,节点连接成功率在95%以上,各个节点流媒体播放流畅,具有很好的可扩展性和容错性。结论：P2P-SIP技术解决了传统远程医疗网络的实时性和拓展性问题,具有很好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce the P2P-SIP technology and its application in live surgery system.Methods The structure and function of P2P-SIP were analyzed.Live surgery system was designed with the characteristic of streaming media system,and its key technology was analyzed in detail.Results P2P-SIP fully utilized the advantage of SIP and P2P.The live surgery system based on P2P-SIP was steady in motion.The connection success rate of the peers was above 95%,and the streaming media could play smoothly on the peers.Conclusion P2P-SIP technology solves the problems of scalability and fault-tolerance of telemedicine network,and thus has a brilliant prospect in telemedicine. |
