深部软岩高强稳定型支护技术应用研究

摘    要:郑煤集团公司超化煤矿已进入矿井深部开采,由于煤层埋藏深,围岩压力大,巷道变形严重.分析了深部大断面软岩巷道的变形破坏特征,提出了符合矿井实际的“一次高强预应力锚网支护,二次承载结构补偿”的联合支护技术.采用该技术对巷道进行支护,有效遏制了深部软岩巷道变形,缓解了矿井采掘接替紧张的局面.

Abstract:The mining in Chaohua Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry(Group) Co.,Ltd.has gone into deep areas.Due to the large buried depth and large rock pressure,the roadways of the coal mine were destroyed seriously.The characteristics of roadway deformation and failure in soft rock with large section and large depth were analysed,the combined supporting technology of "high-strength prestressed anchor net supporting firstly,structure compensation of bearing structure later" was put forward which met with the actual mine.The application of above combined technology has restrained the deformation of the deep roadway,and released the contradictions existing in mining and driving superseding.
