无花果水提取物对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察无花果水提取物对小鼠的抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用。方法 100只昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,分别按10 ml/kg给予0、22.2、166.7和200 mg/ml浓度的无花果水提取物,连续灌胃30 d后,进行负重游泳实验和常压耐缺氧实验,测定游泳时间和死亡时间。结果 高、中剂量组的负重游泳时间显著长于对照组(F=6.870,P〈0.05),常压耐缺氧实验中高剂量组与对照组相比,死亡时间显著延长(F=2.961,P〈0.05)。结论 无花果水提取物对小鼠有抗疲劳、耐缺氧的作用。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance function of fig extract.[Methods] 80 Kuming mice were randomly selected and divided into four experimental groups,namely,control group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group;fig water extract of different concentrations(0.22,2.166,7 and 200 mg/ml respectively for the four groups) was given into the rats' stomach for a continuous 30 days;burdened swimming test and hypoxia tolerance test were conducted on the rats to determine their swimming time and death time.[Results] The swimming time of the medium dose group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);the death time of the high dose group was significantly prolonged than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Fig water extract is proved to have anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance function on rats.
