高职“双师型”师资能力建设系统研究

摘    要:“双师型”师资是高职教育教师队伍建设的特色和重点.当前,我国职业教育正处于规模发展向内涵发展转变的关键时期,“双师型”教师的发展也处于由数量扩充向质量提升的重要时期.当务之急,是以科学发展观明晰评定标准,构建“双师型”师资能力建设系统,以实践导向引领教师培养模式的重构和完善.

Abstract:The "double-qualified" teachers are the characteristic and key of teaching staff construction in higher vocational educa- tion. At present, China' s vocational education is in the critical period of scale development to connotative development. The development of "double-qualified" teachers is also in the critical period from quantity expansion to quality improvement. The tasks of top priority this moment are to make evaluation criteria clear based on the concept of scientific development, to build ability construction system of "double-qualified" teachers, and to realize the reconstruction of the teacher training mode and make it perfect based on practice orientation.
