涎腺非皮脂腺淋巴腺瘤2例报告及文献复习

目的:报告2例涎腺非皮脂腺淋巴腺瘤,并总结其临床病理特点。方法:收集2例非皮脂腺淋巴腺瘤的临床资料,常规切片HE染色观察其组织学特点。结果:2例非皮脂腺淋巴腺瘤男女各1例,年龄分别为59岁和50岁,无痛性肿块。镜下见该瘤由上皮成分和显著的淋巴样间质组成,上皮形成实性岛状、腺腔样结构或囊腔样结构,无皮脂腺细胞分化。结论:非皮脂腺淋巴腺瘤是一种罕见的涎腺上皮性良性肿瘤,组织学上具有特征性。

Non-sebaceous Lymphadenoma of the Salivary Gland: Report of Two Cases and Literature Review

Objective: To report two cases of non-sebaceous lymphadenoma of the salivary gland and to summarize its clinical and pathological features.Methods: Two cases of non-sebaceous lymphadenoma were investigated by collecting clinical data and observing histological features with a review of literature.Results: A 59-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman presented a non-tender mass in left infra-auricular and right parotid gland,respectively.Microscopic findings showed that the tumors were composed of epithelial element and prominent lymphoid stroma.The epithelial component took the form of solid islands,glandular structures or cysts.No sebaceous glands were identified.Conclusion: Non-sebaceous lymphadenoma is an extremely rare benign epithelial tumor of salivary gland and has unique histological features.
