| Abstract: | The application of polydimethlsiloxane and its surfactants in spinning finishes was summarized. The finishes should be of high gliding property and high heat resistance. The improvement of comprehensive properties, like antistatic behavior, of these spinning finishes, was introduced. The methods of applying silicone surfactants in fiber modification to improve the spinnability were discussed. It was also suggested that silicone spinning finishes should be developed in China as earlier as possible. |
