滑移装载机动力舱内空气流场数值模拟研究

摘    要:建立了滑移装载机动力舱内三维空气流动数学模型,采用稳态不可压缩雷诺平均N—S方程,紊流模型选择豇叶两方程模型,应用非结构化网格和有限体积法进行计算区域和控制方程的离散。将散热器芯部作为多孔介质处理,风扇用CFD软件FLUENT中的Fan模型代替。对不同风扇流量下动力舱内空气流场进行了数值模拟与分析,为风扇流量的确定提供了理论依据。提出增加进风口数量和增加隔热板等措施改变发动机舱的内部温度场,并进行了计算和试验,结果表明,这种数值模拟方法可以用于动力舱空气流动分析。

Abstract:Taking steady state and incompressible Reynolds average N-S equation, a 3D mathematical model of air flowing in engine compartment of a skid-steer is established. k-e equation is selected in turbulent model. Unstructurednetwork and finite volume method are applied to calculate the dispersion in area and control equations.
