传统电控灌肠整复仪与电脑遥控灌肠整复仪对小儿肠套叠的治疗

目的:比较传统电控灌肠整复仪与电脑遥控灌肠整复仪对小儿肠套叠的整复效果,探讨后者的优越性。方法:回顾性分析我院622例小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复,其中345例小儿肠套叠使用传统电控灌肠整复仪作恒压空气灌肠整复;277例小儿肠套叠采用电脑遥控灌肠整复仪的脉冲工作方式做空气灌肠复位治疗。结果:345例使用传统灌肠整复仪治疗的小儿肠套叠成功复位310例(成功率89.9%),277例采用电脑遥控灌肠整复仪治疗的小儿肠套叠成功复位264例(成功率95.3%),后者整复成功率明显高于前者(P<0.05)。结论:电脑遥控灌肠整复仪比传统电控灌肠整复仪更有效、安全;脉冲气压是提高空气灌肠整复小儿肠套叠成功率的关键。

The Remedy for Child Intussusception with Traditional Electric Controlling Enema Taxis Instrument and Compute Remote Controlling Enema Taxis Instrument

Objective To compare the taxis effect for Child Intussusceprion with electric controlling enema taxis instrument and compute controlling enema taxis instrument,and study the advantage for the latter.Methods Among 622 cases,345 cases were treated in constant pressure air with traditional electric controlling enema instrument,277 cases were treated in pulse air with controlling enema instrument.Results The success ratio with traditional enema instrument was 89.9%(310/345).The success ratio with compute controlling enema instrument was 95.3%(264/277).The success ratio of the latter was obviously superiorer than the former.Conclusion Compute remote controlling enema taxis instrument is effectiver safer than traditional electric clntrolling enema taxis instrument.Pulse air is the key in rising the success ratio of air enema taxis for child Intussusception.
