集控中心全景状态监测系统研究与设计

为促使集控中心各分散的自动化系统从传统意义上孤立的、静止的监测系统过渡到集控中心设备一体化的、网络化的、智能化的综合状态监测、诊断系统,建立服务于生产管理人员、集控中心运维人员、检修与试验人员的安全生产管理数据中心,通过基于CIM的统一模型,整合现有各处系统发送上来的数据,进行统一编码,建立实时/历史数据库,提供统一的数据服务,实现集控中心各系统数据集成与共郭,为服务主体提供多维度、多方位的数据视力和综合数据展现与分析,为提高设备的营运率和电网的安全运行提供强大的技术支撑平台.

Research and Design of Overall Condition Monitoring System of Centralized Control Center

In order to promote the transformation of the dispersed automation systems of Centralized Control Center from traditional isolated and static monitoring systems to intelligent, integrated, and networked overall condition monitoring and diagnosing systems, a security production management data center is constructed to serve the production management personnel, operation and maintenance staff of Centralized Control Center, maintainers and testing people. A real time/historical database, which is based on the unified model of CIM, is built by integrating data from each system and unifying the coding. This database provides uniform data serviee, and realizes data integration and sharing between different systems of Centralized Control Center. Multi-dimensional and nmhi- direction data view, and comprehensive data display and analysis are supplied to the service customers. It builds a powerihl technical support platform for the enhancement of device operation efficieney and power grid security.
