浅谈堤防劈裂灌浆技术

摘    要:劈裂灌浆是20世纪我国独创的一项土坝防渗新技术。该技术机理明确、工艺合理、效果好,工期短、设备简单、用工少,成本低、投资省,是处理大江大河土堤渗漏隐患的首选措施。灌浆所用的粘土压力泥浆在堤防内无孔不入,无缝不进,见缝扩大,缝端劈裂,浆液充填,浆坝互压,挤压密实,堤防堵漏,软弱层干密度提高,最终沿灌浆轴线形成一道和堤防土混为一体的塑性泥质薄防渗层和3 m~5 m厚的密实防渗体。但因堤防断面及受力与土坝不同,因此在灌浆技术与工艺上与土坝有所不同,结合多年来堤防加固理论设计、现场检测及施工实践经验,探讨了堤防劈裂灌浆的技术要点及如何正确运用该技术,为多快好省地加固堤防工程提供参考。

Brief Discussion on Split Grouting Skill of Dike
Abstract:Split grouting is a new anti-seepage technology of dam and dyke that is originally created in China last century.This technology is the first selected measure to deal with the hidden trouble of seepage of earth dike because of the explicit mechanism,reasonable technology,good effect,short construction period,simple equipments,less investment and so on.The clay pressure mud used by grouting can enter any interspaces of dike.It also can enlarge itself when meeting interspace or split at the end of interspaces which lead to the extrusion between dam and slurry,plugging of dike and the improvement of dry density of soft layer.Finally,a thin plastic argillaceous anti-seepage layer and an anti-seepage body with thickness between 3 m and 5 m are formed along the grouting axes,which are mixed with dike soil.The grouting technology of dike is different from that of earch dam because the cross-section and exerted force of dike are different from those of dam.Based on the reinforcement theory and design of dike,field detection,and the practical experience of construction,the technology points of spilt grouting of dike are discussed.The correct use of the technology is also introduced here which can provide references for dike reinforcing engineerings.
