摘    要:利用简化单机供电系统模型,根据系统运行方程的频率变化关系式,分析某地区电网孤网运行模式的频率特性。典型负荷方式切负荷方案研究采用插值法计算分时段损失电源的切负荷量,并基于概率法估算经济损失。依照区域电网的安全风险管理规定,提出了分时段核电机组跳闸和损失负荷的风险进行量化评估方法。

Abstract:Acorrding to the frequency variation relation of power system performance,frequency characteristics of a regiona power grid in isolated mode are analyzed by using simplified model of single power supply system.On the basis of load-shedding study for typic load levels,hourly amount of load shedding resulted from loss of generator can be calculated with the interpolation method and economic cost can be estimated by probabilistic method.In accordance with safety risk management regulations,hourly quantitative evaluations corresponding to a nuclear power unit trip and load sheddings are proposed in the paper.
