摘    要:针对某电厂390MW燃机机组凝结水泵电机振动大现象进行了现场振动测试、诊断分析,认为凝结水泵电机转子出现严重不平衡是引发该电机振动异常的主要原因,通过2次现场动平衡试验消除了振动异常现象。

Abstract:The on-site vibration test and diagnostic analysis of the condensate pump motor vibration of a 390MW gas turbine unit in apower plant were carried out.It is considered that the serious imbalance of the rotor of condensate pump motor is the main cause of the vibration abnormality of the motor.The vibration anomaly is eliminated by the twice on-site dynamic balance test.
