| 摘 要： | 在某钢铁厂750m3高炉热风炉变比值燃烧控制系统中,为改善设备控制效果、缩短应用程序开发时间、提高效率,用西门子新一代PCS7过程控制系统代替传统的PLC,同时采用Profibus-DP现场总线技术构建整个控制系统,提高了系统的可靠性高和扩展性。文章主要介绍其实现方法及应用软件的开发,包括编程组态方法、监控界面设计等;经调试运行表明,该系统稳定可靠,控制效果良好。
