浅谈工程造价设计过程中造价控制方法研究

设计阶段的造价控制是工程项目造价控制的核心环节,对设计过程的造价控制具有重要的工程研究意义。本文首先对设计过程的工程造价的阶段以及存在的问题进行分析,然后进行设计过程中造价控制方法的研究,在此基础上通过设计阶段有效的控制造价方法与措施,实现工程项目造价的最优目标,有效地提高了工程质量与进度。

Study on Cost Control Method of the Engineering Cost in Design Process

The design phase of cost control is the core part of project cost control, has important engineering significance of research on the cost control of design process. Firstly, this paper analyzes the design process of engineering cost and the exis- ting problems in it, and then studies the method of controlling the cost of the design process, on the basis of the design stage and effective cost control methods and measures, to achieve the optimal target cost of project, effectively improving the project quality and schedule.
