摘    要:针对某车型在高速行驶制动过程中发生方向盘低频抖动,通过道路耐久试验再现方向盘抖动现象.在一定条件下,利用方向盘三向振动加速度等信号的拾取,经过时域和频域的试验数据处理,分析方向盘低频抖动的特征,为抑制低频抖动现象的产生寻求解决办法.试验表明,通过改变现行车辆使用的摩擦片压缩比,能弥补制动盘DTV和SRO对制动抖动现象的影响,随着摩擦片压缩比的增大,在一定程度上可以减少低频抖动现象发生的几率.

Abstract:The low frequency vibration of steering wheel was reproduced by endurance road testing,by which to study the low frequency vibration phenomena happened at high speed conditions in a car.The characteristics of low frequency vibration were researched by analyzing the time and frequency data,which were sampled from three dimensional vibration signals of steering wheel in certain conditions.The method to reduce low frequency vibration were discussed by this technology.The results indicated the compression ratio of the braking discs can compensate the vibration affects of DTV and SRO.The low frequency vibration can be reduced by increasing compression ratio of the braking discs.
